Description:

Cellulose coated electrode for vertical down welding in pipeline construction. Ideally
suited for root passes due to is deeply penetrating arc. Provides high welding speed.
Applied in ship yards, pressure vessels and storage tanks. Do not re-dry.

Yield strenght [Rp0,2]: > 360 MPa
Tensile strength [Rm]: > 430 MPa
Elongation [A5]: > 22%
Impact energy [Charpy V (-29ºC)]: > 27J

Multipurpose rutile-cellulosic stick electrode suitable for a wide applications range in joint and repair welding of mild steel.
It is characterized by easy ignition, re-ignition, steady arc and low spatter. Provide a smooth seam surface and easy slag detachability.

Heavy coated rutile-iron powder electrode having a deposition efficiency of 180% designed for high productivity welding in heavier section mild steel into butt and fillet joints. Ideal when it is relevant combine good final bead finish with good radiographic and mechanical properties are required.
Applied in welding of thick plate in shipbuilding, structural works, heavy beams and girders etc.
